My husband\u2019s business\u00a0Adventure.ie<\/a> was awarded with The Outsider Award for Best Provider \/ Escape \u2013 how exciting is that??<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll have to check out his site, it\u2019s jam packed with activities for groups of all types and sizes. Plus, he has an amazing expedition to the Arctic Circle every year \u2013 which helped him win the award! I went this year too and left the boys with Granny and Grandad. What a place! I promise I\u2019ll write about it very soon!<\/p>\n

That\u2019s me with the pink hat and dress ensemble! Well, I did have to outdoorsify my outfit didn\u2019t I?<\/p>\n

I asked Ronan to phone and find out what the dress code was\u2026 Should I wear a full on awards gown or wear my best mountaineering clothes? The answer? Anything goes! Eek!! Very easy to get it completely wrong!! But, I need not have worried, my pink rukka hat was the exact match for my dress and had the added bonus of sorting out my hair in a hurry with only an hour or so to get ready after school!<\/p>\n
